We had a great stay at Oyo Vegas! The location was perfect, just a short walk to Victoria Station and Battersea Park. The room was cozy and perfect for our needs as we were out exploring the city most of the time. The staff was friendly and the check-in/out process was easy. we would definitely recommend this hotel for short stays.

The hotel lacks proper communication and customer service. When I needed to collect my bags, the staff was unresponsive, causing me to waste valuable time waiting outside.
